For Undocumented Empowered Leaders

FUEL’s mission is to make sure students feel safe, supported and empowered within a unified community. We strive to own, shape, share and uplift our own narratives. We seek to cultivate ethical leadership, academic achievement, and civic responsibility.  FUEL’s goal is to create a campus environment that is welcoming and supportive of immigrants regardless of legal status or country of origin. Fuel aims to achieve this goal by advocating for political and social change for marginalized communities at CSULB. Fuel focuses on building relationships with CSULB faculty, staff and administration. FUEL’s vision is to advocate, for just immigration policies and immigration reform. We demand accountability from those in positions of power affecting the undocumented community, on and off campus by exercising our rights as individuals who contribute to the wellbeing of this Nation.
